it might not be a horrible idea to look into them but also from my hotel experience, hiltons or marriotts are usually the best options

i don't know what parking is available besides the venues own parking lots around the arena so you may be able to find something better but neither is a bad plan.

if you want to save money, the train really wasn't bad when i went for dua lipa. it was like a ~7 min or so walk i want to say, from the nearest station? and there were tons of other people going to the same concert walking on the sidewalks which was cool

parking in the stadium lots most likely wouldn't save time or anything because the traffic getting out of UC after a concert is wild

and from the parking ticket add-ons i saw on ticketmaster it's $30 or $40 to get tickets to their lots

There's some places pretty close to the place the concert is going to be. They're a little pricey tho but the conviance of being in walking distance might counteract that. If you're good to Uber/Lyft the the world is your oyster and it depends on your budget.

That's probbaly something you can check with the local hospitals. I don't think they have to report on the national level any more but I think they still update it on a local level just for people's information.
