- You dont understand what relative imports are, you lack consistency; consistency is key so you may want to do some research on what exactly relative imports are and how you could use them
- Having appealing code is very useful for having people contribute and view your code, so you may want to do further research into code readability and import grouping
- As a heads up, importing * when it is not used (even in an
__init__is not necessarily a good idea - Github browser is not recommended for developers, either github desktop or preferably just git cli may boost you to the next level
- An awesome way to make your github look more professional is with convential commit names; you can find some info here https://www.conventionalcommits.org/en/v1.0.0/
- Also, it is not always necessary to import every single Class or Function you require, sometimes a standard import can suffice

sure, you could rewrite sumTheLists a bit to work on integers as well as lists, or even easier, use sumTheLists([team1_int], [team2_int]) when you call the function
a thing like [team1_int] is a single item list created on the fly, no real need for all the team1 = [] and team1.append(thing) stuff
