AMD GPUs tend to have buggier drivers on windows (though they work better on linux), a lot of non-gaming tasks are just impossible on AMD GPUs (CUDA is more or less industry standard at this point). Though in terms of pure performance per dollar, they are better than nvidia these days due to mining being less profitable.

1660 super can also handle it at 60+ fps on 1440p btw
