I moved the app that implements all of them into the work org, but I didn't touch the libraries because I was too lazy to go deal with all of the GitHub and PyPI paperwork
And... I just stuck with that, I've made a couple more libraries, and put them in my personal org, but all the apps and anything that actually does anything goes into the work org

I don't have nearly any formal experience with this. I have an idea for a project. I've also laid out the major steps that need to be finished to finish the project. The first couple steps I thought of were making a github repo and create a virtual environment for the packages. Is this usually where people start?

mm, I suppose it’s fairly similar to a notebook. It’s not really divided into cells like a notebook is. With the markup language, when you run the processor, you end up with a static HTML file with the compiled markup, and one or more complete programs in their own files, which you can then run

aside from the whole humans first aspect of literate programming, being able to generate “revisions” of a program at different points of development is nice, since I want the corresponding code for each program easily available.
