I mean same but you do tend to pick up on patterns. Cartoon Network would always air Mad late night before Adult Swim so anytime I made a CN schedule, Mad would almost always be the last thing I put in.

And since Canada has laws that a certain amount of Canadian content has to be aired per day, that’s basically all that I would put in during hours kids are supposed to be at school.

I think you just need to have a specific Tom and Jerry or Looney Tunes show in mind. Even during Saturday mornings, they would at least have a name attached to them even if said name was as simple as “Looney Tunes on [network]”
