as long as the idea is the same it should be fine. For example if something like "tired of seeing ads?" doesn't exactly work 1 to 1 in your language but there's another expression that captures the same meaning you can use that instead

one thing that always weirds me out on german translations is that most translators are 1:1 translating everything other than trying to get the actual meaning of a message

when I got to the ads, I used "Reklame" instead of "Annonse", and then for the rest, I reformatted my sentences slightly to fit "Reklame" instead of "Annonse" while still keeping just about an as exact translation as possible
