Xetera is busy working with a lot of things, alongside also managing proofreaders and language translation requests. It is highly recommended that you keep patient with them.
If you want a language added that you can translate, you can mention or preferably DM Xetera about it. If you're only sharing updates about the translation you're doing, please avoid mentioning him.
Crowdin also has it's own issues function. If you find anything causing an issue for your translations, please use the issues functionality to inform the team about it.
Also avoid asking for translator role. Xetera is manually giving them out for now, so it's best to be patient. Mentioning Xetera about it will only make him more frustrated alongside making this process take slightly longer because of him having to check his notifications and even feel the need to reply just to get asked by someone else after about 5 minutes. Just please be patient and wait until your contributions are noticed by the managers on their own and they have the time to give you the role.
There are also no currently officially listed requirements for the translator role, so asking will only give you the response "you have to contribute with translations".
TL:DR Don't mention Xetera, or any of the other managers on crowdin for stuff that can wait regarding the translating. They are busy working.
