That’s really weird. Do you know how to open the chrome developer tools? If so, could you open it and go to the network panel, when you click the submit button are there any failing network calls?

I have seen similar issues with the description being malformed. So what you could do to test that out, fill it with a lot of spam of a repeating character and see if it submits. Just make sure to edit the bot right after with a proper description 😊

The Top.gg shards may go down and up a bit unfortunately. It should only be responsible for generating the first invite and keeping stats up to date so not a big deal if its offline.
You could try kicking the bot, wait 30min then invite it again

Im trying to add my discord server to top.gg on my phone and it wont let me enter a tag, thus making me unable to add my server as the "next step" button wont work unless you fill all required fields. I tried everything one of the moderators suggested to fix it and it still wont work. So i tried to do the same thing on PC and on my computer, the tag actually works, so i had high hopes. Until yet again i ran into another error. The "next step" button didn't work at all, even when I filled all the requiered fields, It gave me ANOTHER problem saying "❕ Something went wrong". And i asked ANOTHER mod to help me, and nothing he told me worked at all which is completely outrageous when top.gg STILL has "maintenence" periods.

I'm trying to add 2 servers

First issue:

When I try to add the server, it gets stuck in a loop and doesn't actually add it. It goes back to the setup page when confirming on step 3. I should add here that I have managed to add the first server successfully but the second one goes back to the setup page, when I click confirm and then confirm on step 3 again. It just loads forever and never actually adds the server.

Second Issue:

When I go to my profile page, it shows that I have no projects, I'm not sure if this where you manage you server from but I'm not seeing that option? When I search for the server I added it doesn't come up either?

If it is a long time ago, flip the switch to private, wait a minute, then make it public again. Sometimes Discord sents outdated info

its definitely not useless. As mentioned above, when you reach 100 votes you get vote credits.
The search sorting is not optimal as we all know. However it does index every so often and it will rank you higher than some. Also if someone scrolls down the list they may be more likely to join if you have a higher vote number

Anyways, the issue has been reported. So hopefully the team will improve on search soon

Known issue atm. You are not able to scroll unfortunately. What you could try is to move the role to the middle of the list in Discord that you can see on Top.gg, and select it that way

1. Make sure when you invite it, it has the "create invite" and "manage roles" permissions
2. Move the role the bot has ALL the way to the bottom of the roles list, and remember to save
3. Wait a minute
4. Move the bot ALL the way to the top of the role list.
5. Clear browser cache and check if the roles show

One of my private servers I was able to see the role list being about a week old. So it would seem like the Top.gg bot is not sending the updated role lists back to the site backend
