How does the System Work?

• Each month, bot monthly votes reset

How Can I Redeem Them?

This does not mean it will take the same amount of time someone else's bot took to be reviewed and does not mean your bot is guaranteed to be reviewed within that time frame.

There is no exact time for how long bot approval will take.

There is a queue and you're not first, nor are you last.

With the new filters there are bots listed very high, with outdated server counts.

well it's not really their intention to provide wrong numbers. There are just many bots which stopped posting their count to the api and may be not maintained anymore

My question was more about automating this process. From what I saw there are a few sites which fetched the server count from Discord like DBL Stats

afaik it is not possible to fetch server counts from discord's api

you would have to ask @lone anvil as he owns dbl stats

Also the Bots For Discord App which uses Top.gg got updated count from Mee6 even trough they never updated their count. Either they enter it manually or somehow found a way to get the count provided on the Discord invite page

DBL Stats is only automatically fetching from Top.gg, but we add a override for big bots that aren't posting - we enter the override value manually every once in a while though
