New problem:
Can't seem to "create invite" when editting the server, keeps throwing an error. I've made sure that the bot itself has create invite permission and that it's under the bot role that I have with that same permission as well (and the manage role).

From the invite section of my Discord, however, I can see that the bot has created some sort of invitation but, it's to a private channel and not the public one we have, I can't seem to change this either.
Weird that it created the invite, considering that on the website it throws the error I mentioned previously.
Should I delete this invite?

Just for context, we merely provide the tools necessary to be able to see if a user voted, anything beyond that (such as rewards) is on the bot, not us.
The bot developer is always welcome to join the server and let us know if they are seeing unexpected issues checking the api or receiving webhooks

But it appears to me that the vote was successfully completed and I do not receive my reward from the bot. When I asked the bot support about the problem, it said that you have updated the effect on the voting account from the ground up.

Not sure what you mean by effect. I’m not aware of us changing anything regarding to how a vote is propagated to the bot

The developer can use an API like https://docs.top.gg/api/bot/#individual-user-vote to check if you have voted, or by incoming webhooks.

It is then up to the developer to do whatever they want with that information, like give rewards. If they are not able to see you have voted, have the bot developer reach out to us here with an example response of the REST api I provided above

Also just as a tip, do not use the built in discord browser on phones/tablets and make sure your not connected to any VPNs. As that can cause captchas to show or block you from clicking the vote button

Auction Credits

What are they?

• If enough people vote for your bot or server per month, you have the ability to get credits that you can then use for auctions.
• Don’t know what auctions is? See here to learn more and here to participate.
• These auction credits can be used to pay for any winning bids you may make
• You CANNOT “withdraw” them for real money

How does the System Work?

• Each month, bot monthly votes reset
• If you get 100 votes on your bot in the month, you can redeem $15 worth of voting credits (can’t redeem till you actually get 101 votes)
• Any vote after 100 will be worth $1 per 1000 votes (or $.001 per 1 vote)

How Can I Redeem Them?

• At the end of the month, you will be eligible to redeem your credits (you redeem them on your bot or server's Votes page on your bot’s dashboard). You will have 30 days to redeem them before they expire.
• After you redeem them, you have 31 days to use them before they expire (so you can technically stack 2 months worth)

**How can I Use them to Pay? **

• When you pay for your winning bid, you have the option to use your credits
• If your winning bid cost is more than the amount of credits you have, make sure to apply the credits **first **and then pay the rest with the supported payment providers
