I really need some help with review reports, I’m getting some very unfair reviews that are detrimental to both mine and my bots reputation, one has been reported for around a week and it still seems like it’s left unanswered, another one accuses user usage of using the announcements feature as me sending messages in their server using racial slurs and also connecting an incident with a business I own which has nothing to do with my bot to the review and therefor ruining my reputation as the full story is not there, he has been a customer from hell and I need someone to actually look into the reviews before this has a major affect down the line for me, all the 1 star reviews on my bot have been unfair and irrelevant to my bot, therefore it’s really necessary that they are looked into, I know there is no ETA on reviewal reports but something must be done as currently they sit there affecting my overall rating while I’m slated for things that are not anything of my doing, please have someone look into this case.

it seems to me like a much more than just valid reason, thinking aloud here:
less queues = more traffic = more bots and better quality services.

So if they were to simply wait for a bot thats offline to come online, they would be forcefully reducing the quality of the services while extending the ETA of every other bot's review and approval time.
You could also consider that they'll skip them and leave them in the queue, but that means that someone else has to therefore approve or deny the bot when it does eventually come online.
And thats without counting on troll's (yes, they are still about). Someone could put a bot on top.gg and never not once make it go live (online) therefore it will be in the 'pending for review bc it was offline' queue forever, bc it was just a troll
