soo someone reviewed (a review on top gg) my bot with the following text: „It doesn't work, when I try adding to my server there is no response from the client and it just doesn't join my server. I will update my review if the owner replies with some sort of help“, so i replied 5 days ago and linked the bot support server (which is also linked on the top.gg page). I reported the review, because if the issue was what the person described, the issue wasn’t on our end, because discord joins the bot for us, not ourselves.
After a couple of days I was again able to click the report button and I wondered why, because that meant that my delete request was denied. Now i want to ask here:
**Why **do you don’t want to delete the review, I see that its not against your guidelines, but the reviewer says something for what I’m not even responsible. Theres nothing i can do about that the bot wasn’t joining his server.

Hi @toxic zephyr, I think you ran into quite a unique situation when you were testing the Gather bot (868195275464900618). The reason why you saw the 'Unauthorised' page is because another reviewer has already tested the bot, and so they control the access permissions. I can simply delete that test registration that they had created, and then you'll be able to register it as normal

Well, that's the thing, the bot's permission system is independent of Discord. Its roles are synchronised, but the admins have to setup the permissions, which the original reviewer wouldn't have done, because they didn't need to when they were just testing it

I will improve the error message to give more guidance though, because that current one is pretty basic

How to add your server to Top.gg
1. Clear your cache.
2. Click here to invite the @small lantern bot to your server.

4. Fill out the information then click "Save".
