You need to click on the "Discord" button on the bot's page of the bot you need support for, not the "Join Discord" button at the top of our website. If there isn't a button that says Support Server, the server invite is invalid or you were banned from the bot's support server, then we can't help you. Sorry :(

This does not mean it will take the same amount of time someone else's bot took to be reviewed and does not mean your bot is guaranteed to be reviewed within that time frame.

There is no exact time for how long bot approval will take.

There is a queue and you're not first, nor are you last.

Where can I see team invites?

You'll get a DM from @hidden root if your bot is approved or declined and you'll be assigned the Bot Developer role here. If your bot gets declined you'll also get a ping in #mod-logs. Please make sure you have your DMs activated for this server.
