Someone has left a negative review on my server yet there is no record of them ever joining my server. This has made our score plummet. The average is also wrong anyway, we have five 5-star reviews and this 1-star anomaly, that should be 4 (4.3) stars not the 3 stars it’s showing. We have reported and replied to this review but nothing has happened, this person’s Discord also does not exist. We feel powerless because we genuinely have no idea who this person is or what they are referring to. We can’t even reach out to them.

Server test webhooks aren't working right now. You need to test it with a real vote.

the webhook side said "no, its an error on top.ggs side and we can't do anything about it"

a test vote is what activates this webhook... an actual vote isn't activating it. we've had 50+ votes since the webhook was set up, but it's not activating the bot because we can't send the test vote.
