Pretty much the way those bots are filtered, is if they are listed on our website they also will show in your server listing options. If they arent there then they most likely arent listed. Changes should be pretty instant

I don't know how that relates to your bot. When I say #rules-and-info I mean the rules for your bot. Your bot can't have NSFW, it has to be online, etc. There are a set of rules for you, and a set of rules for your bot. Read thoroughly.

the problem is your bot is requiring a permission that doesnt actually server a useful purpose, a command that just displays info shoudlnt need to have permissions to manage messages
our rules are our rules, using a lib doesnt change that
if there was a legitimate need for the permission, and your bot states it when you try to use the command, we would give it the permission and try again
but in this case it is entirely possible to do without that permission, so we arent going to give dangerous perms to work around a developer oversignt
my recommendation is to bring it up with the lib developer, to modify the lib yourself, or write your own pager
