Hello! What is the process for getting review bombs removed, I have flagged the reviews and replied in detail about each point they have made (all false or not actually a negative) however this has made the bot's position in the search for TTS to go from 3rd to 10th!

So, while it's not a rule to have a 99% uptime on any bot, the fact of the matter is, a bot won't grow, be popular, or be liked, if it goes offline all the time. And, if it happens to be offline when we try to review it, it gets denied. If that happens multiple times, the denial is permanent.
It's not that you can't have a bot that goes offline frequently, it's just that there's usually no point in such a bot being on a bot list and trying to grow. There's no benefit to such a bot.
