is the ads before vote a sort of test? 
if so ive got feedback on my server: Most member decided to stop voting because it was usually just a few seconds thing and now its always 15-30 seconds to wait to vote and they're just not really into the waiting game, lot of ads also are just unskippable and it annoyed a few of them.
I hope this will be rethinked or reworked, I also think some ads are too long just for a vote and it may discourage a lot of people to vote regularly.

Also your bot probably shouldn't be offline, ever, or it'll just get denied.

Last I checked that’s a site issue not a you issue so refreshing is how you fix it. But again I recommend saving all your info on a notepad (at least description) so you don’t lose it

Also most bot reviews happen on the weekend and changes a lot.
One day hundreds of bots will be reviewed by noon, and the next 25 will be reviewed all day
Its impossible to be accurate.
