Why does my bot take so long to get approved?
Well, for starters... The normal response your going to get and the most important one is Mods/Bot Reviewers have lives.
You may say "That is outrageous demote them for activity" but they are no different from us. They still have there daily routines and school/jobs to attend to. Being a mod is no different then being a human we are all the same.
This can almost all of these questions with this simple statement: "Why are mods on and not reviewing", "Review my bot please", "Can you check my bot", "When will you check my bot", "Why are you inactive"
Queue size.
The current size of the queue as of this post, is ~3,610 bots. With this, there are also over 100 bots submitted each day. Therefore, the queue size continues to rise and fall depending on current developer projects.
Along with this, many users submit bot's without reading all guidelines stated in #rules-and-info along with providing the correct information to the bot from discord for intents, verification, help commands, etc.

When I try to vote a bot, it tells me to watch an ad. I watch the really long ad but then when it finishes it shows this and doesn’t let me vote. The only options if shows me is to replay the ad, pause the ad, full screen the ad, restart the ad, or go back to the bot without voting.

I would like to be reminded when I can vote, but every time I click the button that says “yes remind me” it doesn’t do anything. I keep clicking it but it still doesn’t do anything as if it’s just a picture on the page. Is there a solution to this?
