this is normally not a problem because by the time your bot becomes approved it's been an hour since submission anyways

I have got this message regarding the rejection of my bot, I was told to add the author name who's sending the message which is ALREADY there, also if the user has 'Scan messages' option enabled, the bot cannot send messages which IS a kind of blocking feature. So what was my bot rejected for ?
