Here are some examples of emergencies:

Raids / Multiple members mass spamming.

Commands must only require permissions that the command being run needs. (e.g the kick command can only require the kick permission as it's required to be used). Bots cannot require the administrator permission for it to work.
what if the command in question is configuration command?
imo only administrator should be able to configure bot, and only after administrator configures it, non-administrator users can use it's other commands

So, my concern is a stolen account. Yesterday a user wrote to me who "accidentally" reported me on Steam. so i should write to a steam supporter. I couldn't answer that on steam, so I should write to her on disocrd (the person on steam is real). A little later, I was supposed to accept various things in the steam app. Because of my stupidity and because she put pressure on me that I only have 8 seconds, I accepted everything. So now she has my steam account. What she wanted afterwards was bank data that I didn't give her. then she said I could give her my discord account. But from that point on I knew that it was a scam. so i changed my password and gave her the login details. which doesn't help her because I have two-factor authorization on. nevertheless she got in anyway now she is looking for new victims on my account. a friend is already affected i will send a couple of photos as evidence

My bot was declined for not having something along the lines of a help command. My bot features a "cmds" command that is basically your average help command. How would I go about adding this command so the reviews team knows that it exists? It's in my bot's game status which changes every couple minutes.
