Yes, “sabotage” is something that tends to happen a lot with new bots. People think that if your bot looks similar to theirs, it means you copied it. I’ve even seen this happen on servers where people had issues with similar channels layout for example

I wanted to ask about the review status of my bot, Kavach.

It has been declined multiple times with the reason that it appears to be an “unmodified instance of Axon,” however this does not reflect the actual bot. Kavach is a multipurpose bot with several custom systems like Anti-Nuke, Panic Mode, Emergency Mode, Night Mode, moderation tools, and more. The music module is only a small part of it.

I’ve also provided screenshots in my ticket to clarify the bot’s functionality and structure.

Could someone please take another look and let me know if there is any specific part that needs to be changed? I’m fully willing to make adjustments if required.

There is no way to really “reset” your bots data via Top.gg portal. The best thing I recommend is deleting your bots page and restart again but this option may reset you back in the bot review queue.
You can always edit your bots information instead as well.

So they're currently in the midst of moving stuff over to a new v1 API. Some endpoints may be deprecated or migrated to a newer system. That could explain the 404 error you're getting. The new v1 strictly enforces a Bearer authorization in the header. Honestly I'd just use a community maintained SDK if one is available. It does all the heavy lifting for you

we don't give any info about our queue as there are multiple reasons why a bot may sit in queue ( extra testing, reaching out to the dev for concerns, etc. ). we also may skip queue to retest a bot that was declined by mistake on our end. we don't want to give devs a false impression that their bot could be next when it might not actually be. we give a general turnaround time instead

for offline, we encourage devs to give us that info to us when they plan maintenance so we can note it down

since this server has been on our site prior to team implementation, its "owned" by the first owner on the list which is dbr and only they can delete it. you can request it be deleted by a staff member in #staff-tickets if you can prove you're actually the owner of the server.

I want to keep the permission requirements minimal and avoid unnecessary extra overwrite logic.

Ja, aber das Bild, das du geschickt hast, zeigt, dass es keine Server gibt, denen du den Bot hinzufügen kannst. Du musst Besitzer oder Administrator eines Servers sein, auf dem du den Bot haben möchtest.

Beispiel: Erstelle einen Server, dann sollte er dort angezeigt werden. Klicke darauf und anschließend auf „Bot hinzufügen“.
