I don't know if anyone else if facing this problem or not but I'm facing it everyday for the last couple of days and its so annoying:

breakdown of the bug as below:

1- When the voting is available I go to the voting page on top.gg and wait for couple of seconds for the voting button to be visible and then I click on the vote button and then it shows "You have already voted in the past blah blah hours..."
2- I hit the refresh page and then click again on the vote button and then it registers the vote and I was successful at voting for the bot.

But sometimes what keeps happening is that I have to refresh more than 5 times just to be able to vote, as each time it shows you have already voted while the voting is available in the bot. so I think its some kind of glitch in top.gg

can anyone please help me?

My bot submission is in review. After I initially submitted I can then edit it while in review by going to Profile and clicking "Edit" on the bot. In doing this I noticed some data I entered initially was not saved (bot website URL, Notes for reviewer and all social links). Upon reentering them again and saving it still fails to save those fields. Everything else saves fine.

So not a critical bug but those 3 fields don't seem to save.

I spoke to @zinc oracle about this earlier and i think they are gonna mention it to you, but basically the issue appears to be:

keywords in short descriptions work, as long as they're not an existing tag(which effectively means they don't work). Phrases do work. IE https://top.gg/search?q=giveaway bot%2C forms(searching giveaway bot, forms) since its not an existing tag.

Voting were pretty open with, you're fine in most cases as long as you don't vote lock a majority of your commands. However, for reviews we're a lot more strict. You can ask users to leave a review but can't reward users for good reviews / leaving a review in general

I spoke to the person and he did respond to me but then he didn't answer me anymore. The context for you to understand is that my bot was rejected because it didn't have a help command which my bot did have so I told him the help command which was "Nothing" and the person then sent me a screenshot showing that it was not responding but the person was writing "Nothing help" instead of just "Nothing" so then I sent him another message saying that he was spelling it wrong and he didn't answer me anymore.

Currently our average bot reviewal time is 1-2 weeks.

Because of this — and because some bots take longer to review than others due to their features — we can't guarantee your bot will be reviewed as quickly as someone else's in the past and we also can't guarantee your bot will be reviewed within that timeframe. There is no exact time for how long bot approval can take. There is no way to check your bot's position in our reviewal queue, but remember you're not first and you're not last!

You may edit your bot's page as much as you like both before and after it's reviewed and this will have no impact on its place in queue.

It's possible. Could also be configuration of the permissions in the cdn maybe. For my bot page, I'm storing the images in azure blob storage and have configured the permissions to enable visibility of the image urls, and they work well.

It's just most basic nginx configuration, straigh up pointing to directory with files to share with world, no extra settings & then cloudflare to provide caching but again, aside from cache rules - no extra settings.
