In my case, the /setup command creates channels, so you need to have Manage channels permission (and the bot too)

I’ve actively tried to place a ticket and receive support for the fact that I haven’t been able to use the voting feature for almost a month. I try to vote and it goes through the process and doesn’t seem to apply the vote whatsoever to my account because when I refresh the page it asks me to vote again.
