it has nothing to do with internet in your country, some IP address ranges were blocked because of a DDOS attack and blocking ranges (which you may be inside of) was the easiest way to fend off the attack

In that case, the first thing to check is the server info in top.gg website. You can modify everything there and change the link if needed.
You can also check out #logs to see if the server has been edited, by who it was edited and when it was edited. Sadly you wont see what was edited but this can give you clues. (Copy your server ID into the search bar)

If the issue doesn't get resolved and the issue is because of top.gg, make sure to let us know!

That has nothing wrong to do with Top.gg honestly. Once you press Send Test button Top.gg really attempted to send POST request. If something you made not working to detect the POST request, it is most likely the thing itself's problem.
