However, if you feel concerned about this, I would recommend reaching out to Discord support to report the bot in question. Discord has more strict rules and better capabilities to enforce than Top.gg does.
If you want my opinion, I would report to Discord. To me, this does sound like an abuse of power on the behalf of the developer. However, Top.gg as a company can only enforce our guidelines and only have so much capability to enforce that.
That situtation does sound frustrating so I definitely would encourage you to reach out to Discord support and I apologize that there isn't really anything else that we can do for you.

@cold shard @austere radish I have your solution right here so I think it's either a regional problem or something idk man but anyways so it happened to me also but the solution I found is use a vpn (I used proton vpn) and then when you enter the website you have to login do that and then disconnect the vpn then you will be able to enter the website freely.

If you're not someone who can solve it, please pass it onto someone who can. I've been using the website since a while and I can say that it's an important factor affecting the growth of the bot and the server. Without top.gg, the server's growth has slowed down significantly that's why I'm so fixated on getting this fixed

Well they didn't, now they do as I re-added the server to the list. Earlier we had the highest votes, like literally #1 if searched with votes filter. The issue was same

unknown urls are often from discord. when people click a link in a browser it'll provide what site the link was posted on, which is where the referrer information comes from
Since most discord users are using the app when they click the link we have no information about where it came from.
Sometimes someone will just copy paste the url into the browser too, which also wont provide any information

I see that you are currently quite busy working on the website, so take your time getting back to me. I'm fairly new and had been voting for Peekyboo (https://top.gg/servers/498193128810086401/vote) most every day last month, and it always said "thanks for voting" but when I tried to find my stats at Peekyboo, they were not there. The admin said neither of their bots showed my voting activity. Since I had also noticed that top.gg would let me votefor Peekyboo two times in a row without making me waiting for 12 hours (and saying "thanks for voting" ) I suspected something was not working right. Thus I decided to delete my login at top.gg with the hopes of re-creating and that maybe that time it would correctly link to my Discord account to top.gg. However, for the past few days all it says is "Your account is scheduled for deletion and cannot be accessed at this time. If you believe something should be here, contact us through our discord or at support@top.gg". I decided to contact you via your discord, and that is when I realized I did not yet join your Discord, so I joined just now. Perhaps that is why my votes at top.gg were not registering before? Can you cancel my request to delete my login/profile at top.gg please? And, make sure that everything is "linked properly" to Discord or inform me of more steps I need to take.
