we used to have it set up properly to allow admins to do so but currently we can only support full owners

So, I was playing Karuta (the bot game). I had like 19 tickets that time and I bought a card for like 15 which left me with 4 tickets and so today I went to the Topgg site to do my vote but then when I look back to my inventory. It's still the same. I still have 4 tickets. So, I went back thinking that it might be a glitch or something but then I can't vote again cause they I already voted.
