I have suggested to them to refresh the role to see if it will work because it's how I got it to work a few months ago for a few servers. If it's a different issue can someone please let us know. If you're Admin of your server click on the server icon when you go to vote, then to right of vote click on the 3 dots. Edit will pop up and you click on edit, you will be given an option to add an auto role for Voters.

Hope support doesn't mind me mentioning it here but it's how I fixed it.

My community has a custom bot, and users can use e!vote to access the link to top.gg and vote for the server, and then it gives them the role for voting and a pay-out for diamonds as a thank-you. However, we ceased doing it a while back because we were told that top.gg does not allow secondary bots for voting, so I am just asking before setting it back up.

And when a user votes, a thank you message goes to a designated channel and they get the vote role from top.gg (using top.gg not my bot). And then the bot just gives them a payout for diamonds as a thank-you when they receive the role
