The average up-to-date approval times are stated [here](#support message).

Currently our average bot reviewal times are around one week or more. Because of this — and because some bots take longer to review than others due to their features — we can't guarantee your bot will be reviewed as quickly as someone else's in the past and we also can't guarantee your bot will be reviewed within that timeframe. There is no exact time for how long bot approval can take. There is no way to check your bot's position in our reviewal queue, but remember you're not first and you're not last!

You may edit your bot's page as much as you like both before and after it's reviewed and this will have no impact on its place in queue.

That is an "auto response" from that bot which means the server owner set it up themselves. You can report it to the bot itself, but because its set up per server, its not something we moderate as its not the dev of the bot doing it themselves

We don't moderate the content of bots put into the bot by a regular user (aka not the bot developer themselves). thats the bot developers job.

if we did that, any bot that used auto responses, or tag features, or user input wouldn't be allowed as those people always exist and will abuse the bot in that way. Its up to the developer to put things into place to prevent that, and discord to moderate it. Top.gg can't moderate everything.

You can report it to the bot developer via their support server or report it to discord, but top.gg doesn't do anything in this circumstance as its user generated input and not the developer of the bot.

What they're most likely referring to is custom products in our Auctions system, which allows you to have the same image and link on a promoted bot or server, but have a different description. Is it possible to get Top.gg bot to create an invite in a specific channel? It will not stop creating invites in a staff channel even though it has no right to view the channel (the top.gg bot and role has no administrator rights and the channel perms basically show that the role and the bot cannot see the channel nor create an invite to it)

The top.gg bot makes an invite for the first channel it gets returned from the API. so unfortunately there isn't a way to change it. you'd have to manually provide one if you dont like the channel it selects, this is something that is more of a discord limitation

we want to one day add a selector option, so you can select which channel it makes an invite too, but we dont have it yet!

Well, I suppose the issue of quitting Karuta is over, I'm now banned!

I wanted to understand why Karuta support send us to top.gg support for voting issues when it makes literally no difference because neither party can fix that a vote has been lost. When I pointed out that this was an issue and that they shouldn't send us to you only to waste our time and yours unless something can be done, I was banned for "troll concern"

Is there something you guys could have done that justifies me being sent here?

That sounds like an issue with the bot unfortunately, as you said yourself the vote is going through.

It sounds like they're trying to deflect the issue by saying they can't vote for other bots either, but as you see above voting for Mudae works just fine. Feel free to try it yourself.

The limit is 50 per second, and we only do around 25 per message and that is spread out over a period of about 10 seconds.
