My guess is that it happens because top.gg's auctions uses some sort of cookie tracker which was supossed to fill website on missing data. Since I sent email from PC browser but already accepted it from my mobile phone and then reloaded PC website - it seen that like it would still not be authenticated while mobile phone received confirmation...

Why are servers not sorted by votes by default anymore?
My server is top votes in the category but gets no views because it appears no where on the default sorting.

Servers are sorted in order of member count and Discord verified status / partner status. This is to help users find more relevant servers (for example when they search for Roblox they'll find the official server now). This is the behaviour we had on the old site design. Since we've switched back to ordering this way, we've seen it's been more beneficial towards users. Join rates after a search have increased, suggesting users searching our site now find what they're looking for faster. You can leave feedback or suggestions about this change at https://feedback.top.gg where there is already a thread about this.

Has logical sense, but it's just not fair to servers, it means the servers that have the most members get free priority, top.gg is an advertisement site afterall, it should be fair to it's advertisers, or otherwise there is literally no point in votes, and smaller servers can't grow. And I will check out the thread to leave more opinions on this subject of matter. Thank you

If you left a review on the server stating they were breaking the rules, thats against our review guidelines as all reports should be made via official channels.
We investigate and determine if rules are being broken, and take action if they are. We do not release information about said investigation or confrontation to anyone, it stays within the moderation team.

The way that we gathered information in the past was that we collected all IDs from servers that you owned, regardless if you added them to the site or not. They would appear on your profile only to you and with a "add me!" button, basically.
They have never been public on our site and only showed on your profile - even recently, they are not "published" but only on the site as placeholders (the only information we would gather was what you consented to giving us by authorizing Top.gg to your discord account). When you "deleted" them from our site, all you deleted was that placeholder information (aka, the ID of the server).
Now, we only take that placeholder information if you specifically grant it via our website instead of the old way.

Users can get nothing from your server ID via the API, thats how discord's API and security works. They wont be able to join your server , the only public information is the ID and creation date.
Theres no security risk involved with having them listed there

As a company we log all additions and deletions from the site for servers and for bots, for tracking sake. You consented to us having that information, so its well within our right to log it. Like i said previously, theres nothing anyone can do with that information

Despite authorizing the oauth scope, I haven't consented to you having that information in the flow that your website describes, that is adding them manually under my account settings. It's comparable to adding a bot with message content intent yet not consenting for it to store every single message you send. Another example would be removing a bot from a server, in which case the bot shouldn't keep information such as owner's username + server id stored.
According to your privacy policy: "We collect information from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you register for access to the Services or use certain Services". In the case that I've described above, the information was not voluntarily provided.
According to a further part of said policy: "You have a right to ask us to stop using or limit our use of your personal data in certain circumstances—for example, if we have no lawful basis to keep using your data". I believe this case falls exactly under this scope due to the described circumstances.
Note that while a snowflake itself isn't considered personal data by discord, tying it to something, for example a user, is considered such data, per their developer tos.

Permanently tying information obtained via discord's API to a specific user while the information was collected against your own privacy policy goes against discord's developer tos, and shouldn't require a formal deletion request, as you should be obliged to delete it on your own.

We really can't help in that case, we don't review bots if they have fix time of maintenance or anything causing it offline but if there is no fix eta i would recommend you again to resubmit bot after it is fixed.

My bot checks for all the required permissions for all the commands to work properly at the start and sends an error instead of checking for permissions individually for each command.

Your bot should only require permissions on the commands it needs them - for example if you have a "purge" command that needs manage messages, that command can require manage messages, but your whole bot shouldnt need manage messages to even start to work for other commands
Its fine to check and say something when its invited, but the other commands should still work without the bot having all necessary commands.
