your browser cache can make requests for old routes(nextjs commonly has this issue) leading to server errors.
in some cases clearing cache in your browser can fix this issue.

yep, I've fixed it for one of my browsers by clearing my cookies, deleting local storage, and clearing cache, then logging in.
however I need someone else to verify that it wasnt just a one off fluke for me.

I've been playing around with the performance insights in chrome devtools.
It seems every time any character is typed(on the bot add page) a "long task" is run(its long for occurring every key press).
I am not entirely sure what it is, or why its something that runs, but I will report this internally.

We do not remove reviews based on if they say something doesnt work within your bot, this might be a indicator towards expanding your documentation/your bot page to include more helpful and more understanding things about your bot

thatās the thing tho, I do. I have an entire doc website, a help command and a YouTube tutorial all available within the bot itself lol. the bot obviously works. Itās growth shows that but comments such as āthis shit doesnāt workā are non informative, and just give the bot a bad rep when itās not even a true statement

the bot page is only a lister tho? the docs and video are both available through the bots help command as well as the bots profile on discord itself. if people are referring to top.gg for troubleshooting or help and donāt even check the info tab for the bot they shouldnāt be able to leave comments such as āthis shit doesnāt workā

Most users will likely refer to your bot page for help. Sure your setup command or any other commands could contain said support link and/or how to receive support, but most will refer to your bot page for that.
You can make a proposal regarding our guidelines @ https://feedback.top.gg if you'd like, but its still up to the bot developer on how to respresent their bot on top.gg

no entirely understood Iām not saying like we should be able to remove comments or such. but I feel the system is one sided and leaves no room for the developer itself. as we canāt even reply anymore to the comments so it just looks all around bad.
