The current auctions cycle doesn't end until Tuesday at 7pm UTC so there's still time for your ad to show!
If for any reason there aren't enough impressions to go around and you aren't served any impressions, you will be automatically refunded at the end of the current auctions cycle.

When do ads go live?
After bidding closes, there's a 24h payment window until 7pm UTC on Tuesday. During this time, all winning bidders must pay in full for their ads.
At 7pm UTC on Tuesday, all ads that have been successfully fully paid are scheduled for display during the coming cycle. One hour later, at 8pm UTC, these ads start to show.
Ads are displayed in order of highest CPM winning bids until all impressions are served. If you're near the top of the leaderboard you can expect your ad to go live around the start of the cycle. If you're closer to the bottom, it'll more likely be around the weekend or as late as the following Tuesday when the cycle ends.
💡 Partial payments using credits does not ensure partial impressions! Ads only go live for slots where payment requests have been paid in full!

In USA using different currency has no effect on taxes (unless there is gain/loss from volatility). The biggest affect of using multiple currencies is more complicated book keeping

Paying in a different currency doesn't mean no tax or that you're taxable in that country. You'll just end up paying conversion fees from your bank on top unless you have an account at your bank in that currency. You're still taxable.

$5 @ $10 is enough for 2,000 impressions, so yes. You'll only pre-pay for 1.9k (so not the full $10) if you win but we can serve you up to 2,000. If you're served over 1.9k impressions because there were more impressions available than we expected then you'll be charged for the remaining impressions (up to 100 impression max, $10 total).

After realizing people had missed bidding I threw in my voice that bidding should have been reopened.
In reality that is not an easy demand to expect them to comply with. Any system of this nature needs to have safe guards that are not easy to over ride. There is no mechanism built in to reset the state to reopen bidding after it closes. There are also issues of what to do with people who had already paid
