Keep kicking them there's a little hallway under the season 1 terminal. If your trying to get them back up to the top you'll need to gamble on physics to bug out and launch it up or use the grav reset and again hope the physics gets it out.
Overall tho there's no need to get them out unless your trying for the achievement to stuff barrels in the droppod

If you took out the supports, dug upwards through the wall, and made sure to dig all around the area, portions of ceiling would fall, but no cave ins.
