those are the 3 overclocks i had in mind at the time for scout

so the first being that since scout suffers from clinging to walls and looking down into death you get to charge your hook while fully hooked in the wall, downside is lower cooldown and projectile speed down

second acts like a gunner zippline but the downside is that your singular hook get it's distance halfed

so like 25m would be 12.5

third one is offensive scout where you can throw small and medium sized enemies at other enemies and the downside would be that you are immobile while doing so and if an enemy is not hit by whomever you swung your grapple cooldown is doubled
