I don't think that consoles are getting mod support, at least not for a good while, if ever.
Without a more official method of adding mods, only Windows Store users would be able to use mods since they can add them to the proper spot through a lengthy process. I do believe that the majority of "Steam mods" work on the Windows Store version with the exception of a few, namely blueprint mods.

Haz 2 is a great place to start. You can start learning to swim in the deep end of the pool, but it's less risky to start where you can touch the bottom. Haz 2 is the shallow end.
Haz 1 is the wading pool. Haz 3 is that point where it slopes down but you can just barely still touch and keep your head above water. Haz 4, the deep end. Haz 5 is the open ocean.

Presumably quite significantly. Art and asset folks, if heavy-duty network coding is not their thing, could presumably continue working and prototyping new cosmetics, weapons, enemy designs, biomes, etc, but implementing and testing those things might not happen for a while if the primary coders are all working new networking functionality. Little to no updates would probably come out (maybe some hotfixes for issues) while it is being worked on. I would guess that if they decided to to Steam crossplay right this second, we would not see Update 35 until sometime next year. Of course, this is all just silly speculation and I don't expect this to happen anytime soon

Again, two very different things. The save files for both the Steam version and the Windows version are functionally, if not completely, identical (except for the name).
But getting two different accounts from two different platforms to talk to each other is about as different from making save files the same way on two different platforms as it comes. We're talking completely redoing the networking to allow accounts from two separate, mutually exclusive platforms to communicate directly. Deep Rock isn't server based, it's peer-to-peer, so you have to get the accounts talking to each other, not just to some server.
Can it be done? Absolutely, with a significant amount of work and time involved. But for a small team, that means you're probably not getting much work done on anything else, or you're going slower on everything else as you divert your limited resources into this project. I have no doubt that the devs would do it if they thought it was the best use of their time, but right now, with all the content they want to add still, it would mean putting that off or slowing it down significantly to add a feature that doesn't add any new content whatsoever

It has nothing to do with listening to players. No one is arguing that making Steam crossplay wouldn't benefit players. But what benefits players the most is likely content, not crossplay. Some folks will probably say they want crossplay more than content, but I doubt that's the majority of players. Crossplay doesn't give you more to do or play with in-game, just more people to play with.
As far as "do developers fix bugs specifically for Xbox/windows," have you already forgotten Update 31.5 and how much work went into that?

The bug i was talking is where a lobby gets too old and no one can join and you cant invite anyone. Its been a bug since 32 i believe. I wouldnt know exactly since i joined with gamepass

Oh, that goes back a whole lot further than Update 32. It's just a quirk that has been around for pretty much as long as I've been playing. DRG isn't server based, so it's not got that infrastructure to rely on for stability. I can't say why sessions seem to become out-of-sync so that other players cannot join or be invited, but a quick refresh has pretty much always fixed the problem.
I've yet to find a way to reliably reproduce it though, as it doesn't happen all the time (sometimes we play for hours and a friend can join right away no problem, and the next day that friend will be unable to join even though we just started our first mission of the day), and fixing a problem when you can't reproduce the problem is incredibly difficult

i changed it in nvidia control panel as global and also program based its still keeping it on FXAA

DRG is ignoring nvidia control panel video settings and its not saving it either

all my games having Anti-Aliasing turned off and run great with no need to turn Anti-Aliasing and i have no screen tearing at all either
and yes im complaining(carefully explaining lol) for an extra 5-10% more FPS since im on a 4K tv if i was on a computer monitor i wouldnt care about Anti-Aliasing option not saving in DRG
my FPS in DRG is from 10 FPS all the way to over 100 FPS randomly going up and down

It's possible that the Setting screen is just telling you that Anti-Aliasing is set to FXAA, but that it's being overridden by the graphics card settings. I don't know enough to say for sure, though, and I haven't tried personally so I don't have experience with it

I think it's refering to random swarms that could happen during every mission type so not those based off a timer or you doing something specific like walking near a mini-mule. Even this week with u34 out on Steam some people are getting swarmed on PE stage 2 during the dread fight so most likely the 5mins wave triggering if you're not careful with when you start the fight. On PE there's always a good amount of bugs when you drop in and then 1st swarm 5mins in, you always want to start the black box/dread/event after that 1st swarm not after clearing the bugs that spawned with the map
The swarms they talk about in patch notes are those that could happen on top of that

Not yet, and there is no announced date at this time. Plan on getting it when the Steam version Update 34 no longer needs immediate hotfixes.
As they just announced there's another hotfix coming to Steam on Wednesday, all anyone can say for sure is Update 34 (including hotfixes) will probably come out for us sometime after Wednesday but before Update 35, with a very good chance of being closer to Wednesday than to Update 35

When I had read about stuff before the update rolled out, Console/Windows had been planned for the week after and I've been a bit busy with life since then so I hadn't really seen anything one way or the other. A good prediction is we see the update 1 - 2 weeks after Steam, but it's always just a prediction, even when it's the devs who say it. Reality will pretty much always be that it's out when it's ready

i was thinking how many weapons can they give each class before some of the weapons just become worse than the others. This is kind of a issue with gunner and scout (before 34) already. They might be forced to make a new class at some point to keep all the weapons balanced.

The Steam version does not have cross-platform progression built-in, but, as a side effect of each version having near, if not identical, save files, transferring your progress is possible by manually copying save files from one version to another.
You would have to buy the version for Xbox/Microsoft Store (if you haven't already), and download the version from the Microsoft Store on your PC.
Follow the instructions in the pinned messages here to copy your save file from the Steam version to the Microsoft Store version (you may need to launch the Microsoft version to make sure all files and folders are created before trying to copy the save, I'm not sure).
Then, you probably should launch the Microsoft version, to make sure the save files sync to the cloud save system.
Then, you should be able to install the Xbox version and you should have all of your progress on Xbox.
Again, this is a manual process, and you would have to follow these steps every time you want to transfer progress to/from Xbox and Steam

Microsoft version has always been picky about joining and inviting since the developers had to fix a whole lot of problems which about 95% of them had been fixed since they are not using unreal engine networking code but playfab instead

Then I crank it to haz 5 and the best I get is a silver two scout who doesnt know how to play the game worth 2 shits. The driller, who was unpromoed and using subata and flamer was better. He was only a level 6

So i pulled the trigger on the steam version due to the sale. And i just gotta say. Some of the mods are mindblowing. I played a haz6 last night with double enemies and it was a frigging nightmare
I died so. Much.
Nothing quite like seeing 2 bulks, a dread, and a korlok along with a double sized swarm at the same time
Needless to say we failed.

counters were reset several months ago. Visually the achievements will show the highest you've gotten, but the actual counter may be lower.

They estimate it's coming out in Q3 of 2021. So basically September is currently the rough estimation, I expect it to be longer than that however that's just a personal theory I have no evidence whatsoever to back it up.
