in an elimination mission in the Azure Weald on solo and just mined some croppa. for some reason, the purple bits stayed and are acting as if the croppa is still there and has a hitbox. never seen this happened before. i can sorta "break" the purple bits, but it's very picky about which ones i can and cant hit, causes no sound, and then vanishes. anyone know how this bug happens?

hey hi. i just experienced a pretty mean bug. i was running the DRAK-25 with 11321 and agressive venting overclock. after a while i noticed the "Hot feed" speedboost modification was effecting me the whole time, not only while the weapon was overheating. and the "agressive venting"-overclick wasn't working as well. When it did show the animation. but didn't deal any damage or heat to enemys around me.
when i noticed this i also started to record for a few seconds, because i thought it can help the devs to fix this. just contact me here for it

Anyone else have issues with not seeing hardly any US games even though they are in the US? I think it is detecting the wrong region based on my IP address or something. If I go through a VPN (also in the US) I can see tons of US games.

Just noticed the game inputs player's velocity incorrectly on throwing grenades. I'm guessing the game gets confused, thinking crosshair's Y axis as global Y axis(height).

Having an issue on PS4. It isn't awarding the Darwin Award trophy or the That's Not How You Play This Game trophy. I attempt every time I play, across all the characters. @austere verge There are limit of 10 Scrips from the data cubes (Hacking Event/Prospector in a normal mission) and 10 Scrips that come from completing Industrial Sabotage missions for the season pass, and 100 from levels.
If you get the Season mission for Industrial Sabotage and doesn't say it will reward you a Scrip then you are somehow bugged, but i haven't heard of others having this problem. (IT IS NOT 100% CHANCE IT WILL GIVE YOU AN INDUSTRIAL SABOTAGE MISSION AT YOUR SEASON TERMINAL, Using your daily mission reroll can help check this)

I could have sworn I saw an unstuck button before. Just lost a solo mission because I got stuck and literal suicide by bomb wasn't enough to get my unstuck since it was in completed pipe geometry

Lost out on quite a bit of resources

Thankfully I got my seasonal reward. I had a run of bad luck solo which is incredibly odd for me.

Getting stuck in a moment of triumph from a glitch has done nothing for my mood. Thankfully its rare enough that it doesn't sour the game often but I've known friends who complain of it often.

i fixed this problem! you need to completely remove the game from your computer and turn off steam cloud synchronization. then you need to reinstall the game and load the last save in the game settings :)

Hi, is it a known bug on PS5 or in general that escape pod doesn't register players getting in? Four dwarves got in and out of pod and it just didn't register the players at all. After the pod's wait period pod left and players dropped out of it. This happened yesterday.

Go in the escape menu after finishing the tutorial that it'll try to force you through and find the restore save option.

You should have backups available to roll back to.

It may not be a perfect roll back, and you may lose some small amount of progress, but that's always better than losing everything.

Playing with my wife recently, she was unable to unlock the “Thick-Skinned” trophy (complete a mission on Hazard 4 from start to finish), and I was, on the same mission. We completed several more afterwards, and even both unlocked the “Complete 4 missions of Hazard 4 in a row” trophy. The first one still won’t proc for her though. Advice appreciated. I did read that the devs posted that were working on trophy fixes back in January, not sure if that has come to pass.

Unless you're switching computers or systems frequently, you don't need steam cloud for DRG. But for peace of mind I would make weekly backups of the savegame folder on a flash drive.

Big problem, all. Was playing last night with my friend and gamepass expired mid mission, so we all got kicked out. Renewed today to play with him and now I am unable to join other games (infinite "joining"). The "C" button option that is usually in the top left near the portrait is gone. I cannot invite friends from the in-game menu, either. When my friend invites me from the Xbox app, after I click "accept", I am thrown into the game, but not in a group with him.

Disbanding Team did not fix it. Restarting did not fix it. Restoring a past save point did not fix it. This is game pass for PC and neither of us is using Steam.

I have no idea what to do.

EDIT: I see the issue but cannot fix it. I am stuck in a solo party. My portrait has the crown symbol, even after I disband team. No matter what I do, I am in a solo party and hence can't join games or send invites.

I'm getting similar issues with my i5 10600K and 1070ti. Been playing the game a good while, but around the time Season 1 event started, I started getting hard freezes. Not just game stuck & I have to end the task. I could just kill the task, reconnect and finish the mission. I'm having crashes where the screen freezes, the entire computer is bricked, and the reset button is the only thing that works. Then, when I restart, steam has to re-verify before it'll start, DRG loads slowly and often won't restart at all until I kill the task and restart it 1-2 times. Which makes it impossible to reconnect with my team, they'll either finish the mission or find a replacement long before that. Any guidance on where to look for common fixes?

I had bug issue DRG-5073, happen to me after I picked up a canister on like the first frame of the dozer stopping ran noticed it teleported to the start of the dive and ran over just to laser point at an invisible and unpickable canister had to leave abandon the mission afterwards

Hey guys. This one will be a little different than your usual bug. I’m a trophy hunter, so as such I’m aiming for 100% on DRG. I’m playing on PS5 but on PS4 version of the actual game itself. There are 3 trophies currently that are 100% bugged for me, and two that I’m half and half on because I’m not fully sure whether someone may have left the drilldozer.

The two I’m not too sure about are Drill By Shooting. But 2 days ago I counted 23 before one of the 4 players fell down from being grabbed by a cave leech. And Just Another Bug Hunt. I don’t know if the requirements are two dreadnoughts from separate pods, or two from same one that spawns 2 different dreadnoughts. But I have done the 2 different dreadnoughts from one pod multiple times now.

I’ve tried uploading save data to cloud. Deleting game and re-installing and tried both Darwin Award and Without a Paddle both as part of a group and as a host. I’ve also got the trophy for completing 25 milestones so I know the one to complete 10 is bugged.

Any help would be appreciated. Cheers

Hello, I am new to this community. I have a question about "not receiving an Elite Deep Dive". Am I right here?

I play on Steam. I have just started the game and I have a lot of fun with it. Today, I joined a team and I was able to complete a full Elite Deep Dive with them. It said "Mission completed" at the end. We went back to the host's base and drank something. Unfortunately, as soon as I came back to my own base, I didn't receive the matrix and weapon cores and when I go to my Deep Dive terminal, it looks like I haven't done any Elite Deep Dive (the numbers are still black, not yellow and no time shown)? As far as I can remember, there was no sandbox mode on (since I wasn't asked to save my regular file).
Could there be a mistake? Can you do something about this? I would like to receive the precious weapon cores since I am looking for specific ones to have fun with. 🙂

Ok i just had the MOST frustrating bug. When i was with a team in the escort mission, one person said ,,It says i have the fuel tank but I don't have it in my hands''. Then when i pressed ctrl, it showed me it was at the beginning. I found out that the symbol that is supposed to show the fuel tank wwas floating and i could'nt see the canister in the hole below it.. The mission was RUINED. Please devs fix this

My game is literally single player only now, and has been that way since last Thursday night. I even bought the game to attempt to avoid a potential Game Pass conflict, and it hasn't assisted. I would love some help, because now I need it, or a refund, haha.

I am now certain that there is something wrong with the "dorretta under attack" voiceline.
Doretta was 100 %.. no bugs in sight. Then the voice line, and a second later a few bugs spawned from the ground.

If you promote your dwarf you can get out of the promotion screen while management gives the talk by pressing E (to enter terminal again) and then Esc. You cannot move around though. So the promotion speech needs to finish anyway and it will reload the spacerig as normal when its done.

I have the Drak-25 unlocked with a mod in each tier (currently only 7 bought) and an overclock (3 of those). Again 2nd time its happened so far. I load up the game, and it says I have a "new equipment item", it keeps showing me that the Deep Core skin is JUST unlocked....I unlocked it 2 days ago and have already equipped it and seen it, but its not registering that. Just had a bug on an escort mission that soft blocked us leaving us unable to progress to mission end. After extracting the heart we backtracked all the way to the starting position to find the last chunk of holomite for our secondary objective. We then hit the drop pod retrieval button on molly and the drop pod spawned in at the top of the ceiling map and was stuck there. Couldn't see the dop pod icon when holding x, moly did not run to the drop pod to be picked up, moly would still move around to the c command. We tried walking her all the way back to the heart extraction room but nothing worked and we just had to abort out. Sad to lose 35 min progress like that.

Hello, I just want to tell that i already solve the problem (a bit brute force, but at least i can play DRG again)

what i have done to fix it step by step:

1. Downgrading to Windows 10 by windows 11 menu setting (at this point it still not working)
2. Reset the PC (like fresh install) from Windows 10 menu
3. After resetting, i sync the time and timezone
   4.Download Steam and reconnect the library to library folder
4. Launch DRG and voila, Weekly assingment available, I can host deep dive and server list showing up

Same thing happened to me. I had to restore an old save file because it "deleted" all my progress. I selected a mission on the mission board and my computer immediately restarted and I lost my progress. A little scared to keep playing if this will just randomly happen.

So, the Omen Modular Exterminator event, I've had it happen before where the weak points straight up won't spawn for ~60s and just not enough time in general to physically be able to destroy it and complete the event

I have to pray to RNGesus that the weak points spawn, even if the entire team is doing their max damage output

I love this game but RNG seems to be the one thing I have the most trouble playing around

I know you said you troubleshooted your connection, but iam 99% sure the issue is your connection. i know you say that it doesnt happen in other games, but perhaps you have some issues with P2P connections in your setup, not that many games use P2P, so i would look into that

I've been having a really irritating issue, and it doesn't look like it's been reported yet? I mostly play a lot of Scout, and tend to play very actively and dynamically.

The short of the problem is: I will often try to grapple while falling, and if I hit the floor before the grapple connects with a wall it cancels the grapple in mid-air and puts it on cooldown, which often leads to pain and suffering.

I'm not sure if this is due to sprinting, hitting the floor, or some combination thereof, but I know I keep holding the button, and this happens surprisingly often.

there's a known issue with bosco popping eggs solo, sometimes they disappear and soft lock the mission. workaround is to not let bosco pop eggs

So DRG continually hard crashes my computer and forces my whole system to restart. It happens almost every time while on a loading screen (the game itself, starting missions, completing missions etc).

Specs:
-Windows 8.1 (I know)
-780 GTX (I know)
-I-5 4690K (I know)

When I restart Steam, it shows that the cloud saves have desynced. The first time it happened I lost all my progress and had to restore my save. Afterward it hasn't erased progress but it always desyncs my cloud saves.

This just started happening last week. I have about 250 hours in the game and have had virtually no buggy experiences in that time. I have no mods installed. I'm scared to keep playing because I'm not sure if it will wreck my computer.

Hate to lead with this, but any game that causes your computer to restart isn’t likely to be a game problem. Focus on the stability of your hardware.

DRG does seem to tickle the CPU and GPU in ways that other games don’t, so we do get a lot of “this only happens with DRG” in here, so I sympathize.

My recommendation would be to search online for stress testing tools and make sure your rig is healthy. Power supplies and cooling are two common culprits.

I just had a strange experience that ended my Deep Dive prematurely. It was a Point Extraction/Elimination, and the Dread was a Hiveguard. It went into sentinel phase during the swarm, and the swarm ended while sentinel phase was ongoing. After it ended, the last sentinel seemed to just disappear. Is this related to the "dreadnoughts don't pause swarms in DD" that I saw in the bug reporter channel? Should I report this as a separate issue?

not sure if this is the right channel but does anyone recognise this screen in the modding window? me and a friend just simultaneously had our mod list drop like this and we got disconnected from mod.io, in his case he was able to sign back in and restart his pc and his mod list repopulated properly, i tried the same but instead i'm still stuck hanging on this screen. i tried deleting my mod.io folder to see if it would force it to repopulate since it fixed mod download issues in the past, but no luck. i checked pins but i'd rather not try anything that involves unsubscribing from all mods because afaik you can't resub to hidden mods, which several rooms i play in still rely on.

Hello, I have a "waiting for steam to load" problem. No matter what I do, this message always greets me when I start the game. Starting the game from another computer is fine, so the problem is local to this computer. I have done everything in the image and it still doesn't work. I've erased all traces of files related to the game multiple times but nothing, I must be missing something. Some information:

Is it normal for the game to start falling apart at high ping? Had no ommoran indication, no event indication and no event reward and nonexistent prospector all in a same mission

40 mins into a solo elimination on the 3rd and last dreadnaught half that time has been spent going back and forth on ziplines in a pretty good room for avoiding the hiveguard, the guards did not spawn, neither are any other enemies

The neon band bulldog has been victim of a bug a long time ago and got "erased" from everybody's save. You'll have to get it back again from a cargo crate, like you did with other frameworks.
