to dig up the treasure you'll need an excavation kit thats at least as high rarity as the restored map. They drop off mobs or can be bought off the market or restored yourself with artisan skills.

I was okay'ish when I logged in the first time. I was in Winstead and started making my way towards Lionhold. The whole time I had crazy stuttering, which wasn't present the last patch.
When I got somewhere around the Highwaymen bridge between Winstead and Lionhold I DC'ed and now it's endlessly looping the loading screen when I select the toon.

I also tried making a new toon, but the same thing happens.

I've been told the Lionhold area is the problem area for some.

I already messaged Steven about it, just in case, but I'm willing to bet the team is already looking into it.

assuming it's not bugged, you right-click the item you want to list, when it pops up, not left-click. You can list whole stacks at a time using the slider that pops up when you select your item

Downtimes are usually an hour-ish or less, but they did not give an estimate this time. You cannot log back into character select while realms are down, but from in-game, hit your esc button and there is an option near the bottom of the menu to logout/char select

Change how processing crafting works, it having to be all the same rarity for making that rarity mold, or ingots makes those processes locked into certain rarities only. Ingots, molds, bolts, stuff like that of that nature severely neuters the crafts that follow these processes. If you make it like the excavation kit crafts where you can mix and match to get the different rarities, this would help use more materials spread across the game. Not just either legendary/or common for simple things

Yes, "win trading" is a known thing in mmos with pvp rewards for such actions. They don't like win trading, don't be the next target of action.

Not really, that's picking on someone smaller than you, from what I understand win trading is, we declare a series of wars between guild A and guild B. Both decide to just trade wins so they both get system generated rewards.

In the future both will be mitigated by the removal of system generated rewards and instead have the rewards based on the losing guilds treasury.

Part of this is that it's an alpha so the games collective culture hasn't matured. But eventually you should be able to get a bunch of smaller people together and smash a larger, however the game lets you do that. Start forming alliances and start killing their caravans, get a large group of disgruntled people and make them fight for everything

FYI if your game is crashing on startup and you're running a piHole (Ad blocker) that pulls upstream block lists, epicgames domains are blacklisted. After allow listing the epic games domain on my network the game stopped crashing

Refunds are possible within 90 days of purchase.
There are also regular content updates, with a whole new biome just added, so just waiting is also an option. An alpha phase is not ment to contain the whole game, but to test and improve game mechanics.

I see that Fighter class has like 20 active skills.

But there's no way you play the game with 20 skills, right? That seems like a lot.
Does the player have to pick like 8 out of those 20 to play? Or is there another sort of limitation?

Part of a good combat system is being able to eventually learn enemy class so that when ur fighting, let's say Mage, and u see them waste 3 of their spells, you know that its time for u to go in to retaliate. But if they have like 20 total skills, its just a game of spamming skills, no?

Especially when you dual class much later down the line, your build will hopefully be heavily customised so instead of rock paper scissors, its more down to skill than knowing what the opponent has.

Hi guys, when is a good moment to really test the game, alpha 3 on 1 may or something?I ask because i saw a screenshot where it say only Tuesday and Wednesday the servers are open? And in those days i have no time at all to play.
Also there is support for 32:9 ?

Yes but it's still possible downtime is needed but it mostly stays to about five days

And if you can't handle things breaking and disappearing and your characters getting bricked you might want to wait until later phases or launch

Ashes is not anywhere near a finished state and things break constantly

90% of the systems aren't fully implemented or even in yet

But if you enjoy grinding and finding random bugs to report this is for you lol

You are not buying a game, but instead a "testing experience" If you are buying to "play a game" then don't. The servers will be 5up/2down till May 1st, then will be up 24/7. But that doesn't mean they won't come down for updates and maintenance. This week has already had 4-5 mini-downtimes.

So, your $100 means you get all of A2 from that point on (estimated to be at least a year, probably longer) access to the betas, and a month of sub-time once the game goes live. Sub is not consumed during testing. So it could be a year, could be three, either way it works out pretty cheap per month.

Sometimes you got to perform the relogg dance. Just log out for about 15 seconds and look again. If thats not working close completely and start again.

Why is the game so anti-solo player? On several occasions now while pulling frogs in the lake area that's NE of Halls of Judication, I have a group off to the side out of the way of others and groups come at a sprint with 3-4 and crush my pull which results in no xp or loot when a fresh pull and over 50% HP. Sorry but this should not be an acceptable practice and in it's own way grieving on people!

Is it just me or anyone else experiencing a lot of crashing? Reinstalled and repaired, but currently cant get into a game for more than a minute or two. Assume they will patch whatever it is soon so no big deal, but wondering if it is just me.
