Currently, all the other modules have some sort of delay between when you press the button, and the module actually activating. Most of the time, it's a half-second, and in some cases (like emp), a full second.
My suggestion is to apply this to bond, since there doesn't seem to be any delay.
I recently got telebonded in a blue star, and there was not even a single tick between the bond and the teleport. I suggest making it so that if bond and teleport execute in the same tick, teleport executes first.
As it is right now, even if I had bond, I couldn't counter it, because I wouldn't be allowed to pre-emptively bond the enemy, because they were actively teleporting.
Even if this doesn't fix not being able to counter it (because I don't have the reaction time), I would still have closure from it, because I could actually see that I got telebonded (instead of wondering why I'm now so far in the collapsed zone).
And if you couldn't tell, I am still a little salty from it. There is still an underlying problem though.
