Mistral P1 as LMP2 substitute should be possible via a custom setup, the P2 drivers could agree upon. Something basic like engine map 2 only and 500 RPM less than stock. Everything else left at the default values.

But have you tried it on x2 fuel and tires? I think it should be possible to stretch hards for a two stop, but on x1 fuel usage 75L on full attack last about 45 minutes. Making it 22~23 minutes with 2x fuel usage... So basically a 3 stop on fuel alone, maybe 2 stop, if you manage to save a lot.
It's going to be interesting to see what's faster (I'd go for more stops probably, just for fun)

2:04.185 (previos session) was the Daytona setup on hards, 39L of fuel (1/16 wing, 5th and 6th gear one click longer)
2:04.558 was the daytona setup on hards, same fuel (2/22 wing, gearing at default)
2:03.722 was the same setup as the 2:04.558 (2/22 wing, default gearing) but on mediums, same fuel
2:02.945 was the low df setup, same fuel, medium tires (1/16 wing, 5th and 6th gear one click longer)
the optimal time of 2:02.793 would have been on the same setup as the 2:02.945

Next race for weekend is going to be quite crazy but not impossible. This next month IMSA is going to race at Laguna Seca mixing GTP & GTE class... whatever for us is going to be Mazda DPi & all the 911 GT3 cars (a combo nice to drive and with many skins for a better look). Yes it is going to be stressing I know

Thanks for joining us. After talking with people involved and racing yesterday we are going to make some changes as it seems obvious that poeple still don't face... All we do is open to those who want to race nicely not a school to enter without knowing or doing some basics. Unfortunately and as game allows so easy gain on rep. Rep limit is going to move for this long races to 80 and for faster classes minimum rating is going to be 1650. Also, some ping limit will be applied.

Nothing really serious but we wanna keep the things we do specially on this long races for those practicing a bit and with a bit more knowledge

better to filter before this goes big. And with checked the ones causing major incidents and "hits" we face easily that people joining without a minimum knowledge of driving, or even where they have joined can kill others race

#

We want to assure better experience for all and get for all races like you two had racing for P1 until last 2 laps after 90 minutes 😉

I was struggeling quite a bit, my keybind for left click in the pitmenu somehow escaped the matrix and since it didn't allowed me to change the pit preset either i had to do my second stop quite early and had 20 l too much fuel anyway in the end, since refuel was stuck at 120l

Next 3rd JUNE we will do an Oval race at Indianapolis on FRUS open setup. Race is going to be 50.0 minutes with FUELx1 and TYRESx3 so there can be some strategy and not just a PUSH ME race.

Incident limit is settled in 50
Damage on the cars it is reduced to give some "wall riding" if happens.

If a "reference setup" is needed we will share one via discord

After some racing and practicing on the 90% power limitation on the official servers, we will avoid it. There is no clear advantage as cars will have to save fuel and everything is finally based on stategies, drafts and high speeds on the p2p. Also low speeds do so low in terms of possible "incidents". Even we will go on limited damage... There has to be space for mistake. So, as no better racing is given/felt so we will go:

50.0 minutes race
limited damage
Full power server
Fuel x1
Wheels x3

So if fuel is properly saved there is option for double stint at some point
