It wasn't really a camp so much as it was a platform/base for fighting the scorchbeast queen. I don't know if they really count since they're not regular "camps" but the real stereotype of camps down there shouldn't be "I enjoy my camp being nuked" is really "I enjoy launching nukes and my camp is just a tower of turrets, workbenches, and stash boxes"

Honestly I think you're at the point in the game where shit becomes really tedious and everything seems expensive...I swear the difficulty is a bell curve

Starts out easyish and gradually gets a bit harder, then it peaks, and starts going back down as you flesh out your build until you eventually become super OP

When I was at the point you're at, I was constantly scrounging for ammo for my shotgun and my flamer, I could never get enough lead or acid. I never had enough ballistic fiber to repair my armor.

I keep the Chinese stealth armor on me at all times mostly because I don't use power armor and it's the only non-power armor armor in the game that will protect you from rads enough to survive a nuke zone

Granted, there usually aren't many enemies within a nuke zone except for certain areas...but if you're farming flux (the main reason to go into a blast zone) you'll need to find enemies to get the required items to stabilize the flux.

I've gotten better about not hoarding EVERYTHING, and it hasn't been so much of an issue since I started selling all my excess stuff to vendors, throwing it in my own vending machine, or donating it, as well as going all in on mutations

I played FO76 on a free trial week not that long after launch, and it just felt so EMPTY, which I get was the POINT...which is a great idea in theory but it made for...not very fun of a game. They could have at least added like, non-feral ghoul NPCs instead of ONLY robots with super limited dialogue and holotapes. Now the land has been settled so there are plenty of NPCs to give the world a bit more life, but I don't know why they don't have more non-feral ghouls. I think there's only like two non-feral ghoul NPCs in that game.

I don't have many mods on my fo4 other than bug/glitch fixes. I had the FNV item stash and effects but it honestly didn't work in the game so i disabled it
