Beater is safer but less damage, since you’d be using chlorophyte bullets with it to track. Phantasm with ichor or venom arrows is much higher damage but you do need to aim it and that’s difficult when enemies are a bit offscreen

and second sentinal you can do at any time when you get the cogwork heart
in act 2
I also found the seth boss which turned out to be act 3 required

1 is you must pogo 43 minimum fleas without touching the ground
and they
2 is you must dodge 66 fleas
3 is you must keep 31 fleas from touching the ground each taking 3 hits before counting as a juggle
they all get faster over time
It took me several hours to do the quest.
