It looks decent if you were worried about the graphics, I talked about the game before. It's called Assoluto racing and it's really enjoyable for me.

Based off of what I need in the early game. Intelligence is preferred due to the ability to add more weapon customizations (in tandem with Strength) but also Intelligence helps with levelling. The higher your Intelligence, the faster you level up.

I'd recommend maxing out your SPECIAL stats and then getting the SPECIAL bobbleheads.
