he also found a scary way to nuke the old one's army from orbit

Hey all. I have an idea for my new challenge run (going to restrictive rather than high difficulty this time), and I want your opinion on rule nuances.

Main concept is no crafting, no npcs (inspired by crabbar), but also no chests, and no fishing (no abusing npc limit too ofc)
Moment when I realised pylons and teleporters are both bought from npcs, so I decided to scrap the 'no mounts' rule. (cross world travel without boots would drive me insane).

I do see an issue with no crafting summons. This is obviously still possible, but I'm probably going to break the no crafting rule for moonlord summons (I'm not doing pillars every time I die).

But, the rules I want your opinion on:

I have a no npc's rule. Are they allowed to spawn? (eg. I can use towns to reduce spawns, kill them for drops, and have more than one attempt at WoF)
I'm doing it in journey. Am I allowed to keep the default wings? (feel very conflicted here). The next available wings are dev wings, but I can't refight mechs, so chances are I won't have wings until post-plantera (farm plantera for dev wings or get mothron) otherwise.
Is duping allowed? If not, arrows and bullets are limited, reducing the viability of ranger (exception for coin gun). I'm personally leaning towards no. It means you don't really need storage (maybe the hardest part of "no chests"), and Uzi + inf bullets sounds too good.
