I think what you're trying to say is, "How upscaled are the sprites?"

Usually pixel art is upscaled in exponents of 2, so it shouldn't be hard to work it out on your own. I'd wager that it's just x2 upscaled, so that rotated pixel art (swinging tools, enemies, projectiles) doesn't lose detail.
