Every set of altars spawns progressively less ores, but doesn't change the chance of corruption/hallow spawning somewhere.
Hence why it's riskier to break later sets of altars

its not an opinion its just better, imps deal high damage single shots whereas vampire frog staff deals constant damage, so when whip stacking tag damage (spinal tap for 7 tag damage and snapthorn for 6 tag damage your frog now does 24 damage per hit, imps does 30 damage per hit) but since vampire frog staff attacks sooo much faster it deals higher dps
