I have grass growing on one side of a hellavator that turned to corruption grass, and the other side is normal grass. But in the middle there is corrupted leaf background

Yh blocks can spread it 2 blocks across so you need to make it 3 wide but thorns can spread it up to 6 blocks across (you can block thorns by placing non corruptible block, ropes etc to stop them from growing)

Walls don’t spread corruption so you don’t need to worry about those and yeah as long as you block where thorns can grow near the surface it won’t be able to spread

You could set up some actuated lihzahrd temple traps and have a regen box where you’re afk
