Honestly classic isn't even less of a grind. It's just higher difficulties are just... More difficult. Can always just chuck on journeymode mastermode. Higher difficulty and a system that's essentially cheating that subverts grinding.

I mainly play multiplayer nowadays but yeah bosses at least were definitely not designed for it. A lot of the bosses are a less fun fight in multiplayer. Any fast boss is just less fun for the people not being chased 😆

It doesn't go ontop of the sun- it's like how holding your finger closer to your eye makes it appear larger. Because the moon is so close, it covers the entirety of the sun despite how large the sun it in comparison

If you want you could use the gelatinous pillion mount w bottles and balloons, it has faster ascending and descending speeds than wings and can be obtained without crafting
