is there a way to get the scourge of the corruptor on a crimson world? ive odne about everything corrupt related on my crimson world using an artificial corrupt, even got every corrupt mimic drop

Scourge is a world gen biome chest spawn, you won't get it elsewhere.

i dont think so, you may get the key but the dungeon generates the corresponding evil chest. So if you have a crimsoned then the corrupt chest won't show up.
