what you COULD do is, after getting the truffle to spawn on the floor, you can slap him in the sky island

Easiest way to make the biome is to just put the Dryad in an underground mushroom biome and buy mushroom seeds from her, then plant them in at least 100 mud blocks in some distant area (best in the sky but not as far as floating islands or space)
