You should also be able to right click the buff icon for the baby imp under your hotbar to dismiss it. That toggles the visibility of the pet off just like clicking the eye in your equipment screen, so the pet can just sit in that slot when not wanted

I mean you don't NEED to beat the wall again. The only things it drops of value to you are the firecracker, summoner emblem, and pwnhammer. The whip is easily outclassed by Hardmode craftables, summoner emblem is useful but not essential. The only thing you really GOTTA have is pwnhammer but even then you can get Hardmode ores through fishing and make a better hammer

i once also had a problem where my game was laggy, the fix for me was that vsync in my gpu settings was activated. but your case sounds a bit different, but maybe it's still worth to check out

In my world ive had for like 3 months (I only got terraria 4 months ago) I only got 4 stinkbugs killed, they cant be THAT rare, right? is there anything I can do to boost their spawn rates or something?

Yeah, you've got an item filter on. It's the highlighted tab at the top of the crafting window.

.. Though now that I'm actually looking, that filter should have blade of grass in it.

If you right click the "open crafting window" button & look on the classic crafting window, does it show up there?
