I did actually, I'm trying to wipe the Cloud completely but it just does not seem to be budging for some files. I'm unsure if I need to just turn off cloud, delete and then turn cloud on. I'll try that and see if i have any different results.

make sure your fishing pond is 300+ tiles of water to avoid penalties
you wanna be fishing in the morning (4:30am-6:00am) or evening (6:00pm-7:30pm) for a nice multiplier to your fishing power
if it's cloudy or raining that's another good multiplier, and fishing during full moon or blood moon is also helpful

I have no idea. I don't use mods. But I do know that all item worlds contain all the vanilla dyes. You just have to click on Terraria in the steam menu and select the workshop option (after Guides and Discussions)
Once there you type what you want to find (all item world)

As for me, i just make a huge arena (using dynamite like noodle said, or whatever possible), and then place a teleporter that far from each other, in that arena. When she enter 2nd phase and almost hit me, i just teleport to other, and she will need some time to change direction to me at the other teleporter, give me enough time to spam attack when that happen

During the first phase, just circle her, she will have difficulty shooting at you. Dont use teleporter during 1st phase
During 2nd phase, she will stop shooting and charge at you instead. This is the timing when you are going to do teleporter strat

About the bouncy pink spike ball during 1st phase, you can make a somewhat deep and wide hole below arena, so that the ball fall in there and wont bounce high enough to reach you in arena
Make sure to place platform/planter box on that hole, so that you dont fall in there (but the spiky ball will still go through)
